This just means that we haven’t begun live streaming yet. You will need to reload this page until a preview image appears in the video window.
NB:  The live stream will begin approximately 5 – 10 minutes before the service is scheduled to begin.

Once the video window is displaying a preview image, click the play ( ) icon in the middle of the viewing window above. Once you have clicked the play icon, the live stream video will begin displaying from the current live time.
